Ratings for translations

I guess the rating system with the five stars for the translations does not make so much sense.
From what i can tell people are allowed to vote one time and not allowed to change this vote later.
So it does not matter how much new versions of the translation is improved the vote for the old version still applies.
It should be possible to change the vote.
