Extension description: Description
This extension will anonymise all IPs from the board, which are stored forever in phpBBs standard configuration. To take care of privacy protection this extension will overwrite those IPs with "127.0.0.1". The age of the IPs and the performance of the cronjob can be configured.

Since 1.0.3 there is a statistics page which shows the oldest non anonymised entries and when the last cronjob run. If and how often a log entries is create by the anonymised cron can be defined a well.

At the moment the extension is available with a german and english language package.

Installation

Copy the content of this repository via git clone:

git clone https://github.com/Crizz0/ipanonym ext/crizzo/ipanonym

or create the following directory structure in your phpBB-root directory:

ext/crizzo/ipanonym

and copy the repository content to it.

Go to "ACP" > "Customise" > "Extensions" and enable the "IP anonymised" extension.

Tested on phpBB version: 3.2.11
