Unable to change site logo

Hi,
I have never had this issue before and have successfully changed it in the past but since the latest update I can't seem to change my site logo.

I have tried with the extension and without but nothing changes, I have refreshed the page and cleared the cache and even when I deleted the image file altogether the image remained.

I am currently running the latest version of phpbb. Any help would be welcomed

Did you clear your browser cache?
I see this logo



By the way you have to redirect your http to https and set your cookies to secure.

Thank you for that. I thought I had but couldn't have done so. That's exactly as it should be.

Also a question about your last bit of advice... how do I change the http to https?
