Updating board to 3.2.8 --un/safe to use older langage packs?

I am about to update my international chat forum, with 3000+ members, from 3.0.12 to 3.2.8. I'm doing a dry run, so no great loss if I make any mistakes, other than time.

My board has contained language packs for 20 languages. All are actively used. Three of the languages I would like to re-import do not have 3.2.8 language packs, but they do have 3.2.X:

Czech (stalled at 3.2.0)
Finnish (3.2.4)
Hebrew (3.2.5)

Will I break the board if I install them? Will they more or less function, or no?

In addition, I'm at a loss with:
Swedish (3.1.2)
Hungarian (3.0.10)
Will either of these function at all, if installed? (I have not tried....too afraid).

Those should work, the missing keys will be translated in English if the EN package is installed AFAIR.
