Hello, there is a theme I like called ChesterBlue, and i like how it makes all the titles pop out of forum posts by making them uppercase, but I don't like the gray background. What would i have to change in the files to make it darker or rather a different color?
If you right click the page and select inspect element (or something worded similar depending the browser) you can find out what CSS rule is being applied. It will list the line and file. Edit the file. See on the right hand side where it lists the background color?
Once you edit and upload refresh the page to see changes. CSS files are cached by browser.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Thanks for this.
Also, do you know how to incorporate a random logo.png to show everytime someone refreshes my site? i want to have variety.
Check my Random Banner and Random Right Image extensions available on my extensions site (link in my sig) They might do what you want 'as is' but if not feel free to ask
