Are you sure that's the text you want? 8-)

Anyway: perhaps there's something to your liking in Ranks
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

Ow, I wasn't volunteering.
But in case you're hoping a volunteer will pop up, you might also want to specify dimensions/rounded corners?, borders? border colour? etc...
And you seem to want the English words, if that's the case, Administrator (capital A) would be consistent with the other titles. I'm not sure about the spelling of the others though ;-)

Here is the start of the set of icons I've changed that make it more obvious what they are. No subtle color change to indicate unread vs read topics and forums.
