I listen to everything that can still be called music. But the most underrated artist is definitely Ray Dorset - Mungo Jerry

I may have had that on vinyl. I know I had Thriller on vinyl, that would of been first edition as it would of been Christmas present right after it was released. I had this cool Aunt who that bought it for me who would be up on the newest trends but she would of been in her sixties then. She had her own Atari..... A little strange sitting on the shelf next to Diary of Madman.

Discovered Snarky Puppy last year July and the Sylva (with Metropole Orkest) was a completely new style for me but has become one of my favourites (I've got many favourites ;-) )

Hello,
Simply Red are a British soul and pop band formed in Manchester in 1985. The lead vocalist of the band is singer and songwriter Mick Hucknall, who, by the time the band initially disbanded in 2010, was the only original member left.[4] Since the release of their debut studio album Picture Book (1985), they have had ten songs reach top 10 in the UK Singles Chart, including "Holding Back the Years" and "If You Don't Know Me by Now", both of which reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. They have had five number one albums in the UK, with their 1991 album, Stars, being one of the best-selling albums in UK chart history.

At the 1992 and 1993 Brit Awards, they received the award for Best British Group. They received three Grammy Award nominations: for Best New Artist in 1987, and "Holding Back the Years" and "If You Don't Know Me by Now" for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals. The band re-formed in 2015. Simply Red has sold over 50 million albums.

Just so you’re aware Sandstorm isn’t techno, it’s trance a genre derivative of house.

Welcome to the 21st century Roberto! :D

I take it you’ve never been to a rave then?

(the stuff mentioned above is 20th century though)

Even if I am not that old, I listen to the classics of old and so on ...
Sheet music and music are "timeless" for me. The individual case decides which vinyl (record) runs on the record player or which CD in the CD player.
On the PC coupled with a surround system, listening to one's own playlist or on YT is very often a lot of fun and joie de vivre.

So I'm not compatible with just one style of music. ;)

♫ Frank Sinatra is playing right now ....
