I see no error message.
Your /install folder is still present and thus the board is disabled, but provided the option for the Admin to log in and access the ACP. (that's entirely expected and normal behaviour).
Remove the /install and your board will be accessible as normal (unless you disabled it).
BTW both printscreens you show explicitly mention the removal of the install folder.
Added: the installer (and updater) you used is not a phpBB product and isn't always reliable when it comes to installing, nor updating and support should then logically be sought with your host.
In future: you should use the phpBB recommended updating method.
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

What is recommended updating method if not cPanel @Webhost?
As already mentioned you need to delete the install folder in your phpBB's root folder. You can do this with file manager in Cpanel but I'd suggest downloading and familiarizing yourself with an FTP client like WinSCP because you'll need it for the recommended way to update.
