Imported/Copied/Fake CPU's are not worth the risk of frying your motherboard.
I still have an XP machine in the closet, I'll sell it for "one millllllllllion dollars". I keep it around because I was using a suite of image/video applications with proprietary source files that can't be opened by anything else. That software simply won't run on anything but XP, I even tried it with virtual XP.
