How to implement the IDEAS feature on my forum? [SOLVED]

I noticed something here on this board that I would like to implement on mine which is a section for people to send their ideas and then let users vote. Like this: ideas

Is this something that comes with phpBB by default? Do I need an extension and if so, where do I find it?

Reading the GitHub description, I saw this "It is also not recommended for use on any live phpBB forum"
Isn't the whole goal of the extension to have it on a live forum... or am I missing something...?

Hi,

It is not from our CDB and not supported by the Team.

So if you have troubles, you are on your own. Like every other extension in dev, alpha or beta versions from this board viewforum.php?f=456

Oh I see.
Maybe the person managing the GitHub page should word it differently. The way it is now it almost feels as if we are not supposed to use it, whereas what you just mentioned is a bit different.

It is written specific for phpBB.com. You are of course free to use it, however we don't provide any support for it. So if you can't get it to work, or have issues, you will need to figure them out yourself.

Sure, I understand that and it's ok.
My issue with that sentence was that using something like "we don't recommend installing", sounds like it's a malicious thing, whereas just mentioning that there's no support for it and each person should use it at their own risk, sounds different. That's why I asked here.
