Domain change

Post by Xevious »

I had a .com.br domain but my partner betrayed me and redirected him to another site.
I moved to another site now .com, I made it work, including ssl.

But I think I missed some detail, perhaps the name of the site's cookie.
The case is that I can log in, but I cannot enter the administration.

I would need to know how to change the cookie information (if so, it could be something else)

I’m not certain that is working correctly.

Fixing incorrect cookie settings, please note the section at the end “A special file” for those unable to login to the ACP.

Are you certain the style you’re using is compatible with 3.3.7? Can you switch to prosilver and let us know so we can check a few things please?

Why not post the SRT here?

Anyway: What version of phpBB are you using? You answered phpBB 3.3.7 but both prosilver and se_square_left are version 3.2.2
and as mentioned your cookie_domain is wrong
It's currently forum.intonses.com.br but should be .intonses.com
You also need to enable cookie_secure
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

Oi Chico

the cookie in config_php, cookie_domain was missing the dot
cookie_name kept as tones
cookie_path is like /
cookie_secure was at zero, I put 1
gzip_compress was at 1 I changed it to 0

but still showing gzip enabled

I didn't see where the cookie that indicates forum.intonses.com.br is set

this was the previous domain, that is, the domain was intonses.com.br but the forum worked at forum.intonses.com.br
by intonses.com.br gave error

And everything remains the same

So I used cookie.php

it was like this
Image

I switched to this
Image

It didn't work out very well

So I switched to this
Image

And I managed to get into the ACP :D

The first thing to do was change the user password.
when to do it said it didn't have permissions to use admin
"Access to the Admin Control Panel is not allowed because you do not have administrative permissions."

but now the forum is very strange

without logging in the topics do not appear
Image

See me soon the posts appear
Image

Thanks a lot for the help so far

If the posts only appear after logging in, that is a permissions issue.

Your script path should be /
Your cookie domain should be .intonses.com with leading dot

I am getting some sort of weird repeating divide-by-zero error in your viewtopic.php

in your index.php I am seeing this:
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/phpbb/session.php on line 456: A non-numeric value encountered

Also, you stated

That being the case there are other settings that need changing like Server protocol & Server port.

I put it like this now

Then when I entered the administration, it seemed to have fewer errors than before.
So I went to change the user's password.
There was an error.

Access to the Administration Control Panel is not allowed as you do not have administrative permissions.

And I wasn't logged in anymore

But I logged in again and was able to activate users :)

Had a look at your extensions and they're all older versions. In other words: if you thought you had upgraded to 3.3.7, the recommended upgrade procedure certainly wasn't followed.
Which php version are you currently using?

7.3

The worst problem is that no post is seen by anyone who is not logged in.

That's probably due to wrong permission settings.
The main problem is that you're using a php version not suited for your board version (which version does the ACP show?)

Just to save you some time (but also others willing to help in this topic).

Your board files seem to be 3.2.2 (I'm not going to guess the version the database reports).
3.2.2 was the first phpBB version to have official support with php 7.2

If you're seeking support for 3.2.2, you need to post in the 3.2 Support forums AND use a php version suitable for 3.2.2.

If you need support with upgrading to 3.3.7: start by reading Upgrading from 3.2 to 3.3 (and heed points 4, 5 and 6)

If by any chance your /store contains
install_config.php and/or io_lock.lock: remove those (and any migrationsxxx) before starting the upgrade.
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.
