On here?
I only get it if I'm not logged in, otherwise it never shows.

If you hate them in general you need to blame the international internet law makers.

You're not logged in. If you don't log out when you leave the site you don't see it. I haven't seen it for months.

It may be that your browser cookie settings are deleting the cookie after each session.

Log in clicking ’Remember me’ and you’ll never see it again - simple. Don’t log out though or you will see it again.

It's not International, it's the EU's GDPR. Companies with a physical or financial presence in those countries need to comply (Google, FB etc.). If you are outside of the EU you are outside of their jurisdiction.

In that case your browser is deleting the cookie once it is closing (or you are using an external program that deleted it)

Either way I think you need to check on your device settings to find the issue (or try another browser.) I know it works perfectly with Firefox as I do not see the cookie notice as I am browsing the board

It also works for me in Edge, Chrome and Brave

ADDENDUM:- or perhaps there is a rogue cookie saved in your browser, click THIS LINK to delete all of the cookies that phpBB.com is using and try again

It’s fine on Safari and The Onion Browser.
