Recommend me a website builder please

I've been using Site Spinner website builder for 20 years. I'm looking for something new. So what kind of a website software,
does all the modern standard tasks, is easy to use and isn't too expensive (could pay 159€ for it).
I'd like it to do all kinds of database stuff, i.e. user accounts, has responsive graphics, is feature-rich and just ready to use modules etc.

What types of sites are you trying to make? When I think of website builders, I think of things like Wix, though that cannot handle things like phpBB.
