Apparently my blacklisted IP issue isn't due to it being actually blacklisted. It's a know DNS resolver issue with spamhaus.

Any chance on an update to support spamhaus' DQS service? They stopped supporting DNS open resolvers earlier this year and now basically require you to use their DQS (Data Query Service) to make RBL IP checks. As PHPBB currenly doesn't support this I have completely kill RBL checks.
Anything in the works for a fix yet?
