2023, the year of the 7

The symbolism of the number 7

Often recognized and appreciated for its symbolic richness, the number 7 is found in a large number of traditions, beliefs, legends and religions (Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, etc.).
The number 7 is of course reminiscent of, among other things, the 7 days of the week, the 7 colors of the rainbow, the 7 branches of the Menorah (Hebrew candlestick), the 7 notes of the diatonic scale, to the 7 wonders of the world, to the 7 chakras or to the 7 circumambulations of Mecca.

Depending on the country and culture, it can evoke the union of opposites, the divine presence, unity, perfection, or even fullness and completion.

To your good heart

How many are we celebrating for the record?

So is number 3, the “perfect number, it’s all poppycock BTW.

The 7 Samurai and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers come to mind, theres tons of ’7’ related stuff if you have a search.

Have a happy and prosperous new year.

A belated happy new year is better than none at all? The question is how many of us have already broken our new year's resolutions.

the onlyl new years resolution I have ever made was to always wake up on the top side of the dirt.
