Possible 3.2.x "hacking" ?

Hello

My 3.2.11 phpbb forum is quite closed (no new subscriptions allowed etc.)
Recently we've got two posts created by registered users with the exact same subject and message.
Titles goes : "@pump_upp - best crypto pumps on telegram !"

If enter this on Google it seems a lot of phpbb forum have been getting the exact same threads created.

Is this issue known ? How can I fix / prevent such posts from happening ?
