The moderator team can moderate the entire forum, other teams can only moderate a certain subset of forums. Also, being real is only half the battle

No, "increment post counter" is a forum based permission allowing for the creation of forums where posting doesn't "count." But the curiosity is that the "0" can be clicked and hocus pocus the "uncounted" post(s) appear.
