Hello,
I just did a fresh install, added just one user to the board.
Now when I'm going to the ACP and select 'Customize' (just for curiosity), It's showing a blank page. Not message, no error.
What did I wrong or is that an known error in this version?
TIA
phpBB v 3.3.10 on Linux Mint 20.3.

Try clearing board cache (delete /installer and /production from /cache), browser cache and cookies and then retry.
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

As you wrote... folder '/installer' and folder '/production' are sub-folder of '/cache'?
YES

If that's what you meant, well, I don't have those two folders in '/cache'
That's strange, what are the permissions of the /cache?

also, be sure you are checking the main cache folder in the board root. not a cache folder that is part of your server and not any other cache folder that may be inside one of the phpBB folders.

Customize only appears when one (or more) extensions have been installed.
As long as no extension has been activated, this tab is not displayed.
My 2 cents: Whether an extension is in the CDB says nothing about its quality. It is more important to read the support topics for it. Better to avoid authors who do not answer support questions themselves, who do not update their stuff, and who do not fix bugs for years.

You are thinking of the Extensions tab. The Customise tab always shows.

I checked the 'cache' folder in phpBB-root.

The tab exists and it's 'loading' a blank page.

You probably meant enabled instead of activated and you probably meant the tab Extensions, which is only presented when an extension having extensions settings is enabled.
It's would actually be illogical for the Customise tab to be shown only if an extension is enabled, as an extension can only be enabled (the normal way) from within the Customise tab.

Hi all,
All the posting following my March 8 entry unfortunately not addressing my bottom problem;
The ACP tab 'customize' is visible but the underlying page is empty.
I would like to fix that but don't know how.
Any posted resolution would be much appreciated.
TIA

You could try uploading a fresh set of ACP files I suppose.
Before doing that, compare the fileset your board is using with a freshly downloaded phpBB fileset (the version you are using).
Which files/directories are missing could provide a clue to what happened.
