Board Upgrade issue

What is the most recent action performed on your board? Update from a previous version of phpBB3

Do you have any extensions installed? Yes
What version of phpBB3 did you update from? phpBB 3.3.9
What styles do you currently have installed? Prosilver
What language(s) is your board currently using? English - Default
Which database type/version are you using? MySQL 5
What is your level of experience? Comfortable with PHP and phpBB
What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable? Updating Board
Please describe your problem. While completing a board update by following the fresh install procedure, I encounted a 500 error when trying to access my board with the below in the error log:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "s9e\TextFormatter\Plugins\ConfiguratorBase" not found in /home/underwat/public_html/forum/index.php:50

thrown in /home/underwat/public_html/forum/index.php on line 50
I tried mutiple times removing and re-uploading the files to no avail.

I have now restored from a backup to get my board back online again. Before I try again, any ideas how to fix this issue?

Have you uploaded the entire vendor folder? The class in question should be in the vendor/s9e folder structure.

This is what I thought so I removed and re-added the vendor folder a second time but the issue still remained. I will plan to give it another go over the next few days.
