Select all function

Hello and I am looking for a way to get the "Select All" that you have in code also in a quote.

I just want to have small sections in the topic and these I want to mark with a click without the whole topic is marked. Code is not an option because it does not take over the formatting. Is there a way? it does not necessarily have to be about quote. the main thing is that I can mark everything with one click what is in the box.
