PWS = Personal Web Server (on your local machine in this case)
So literally an in-house linux server.

Why not request an extension that stops usernames being changed on previous posts. So the new username begins on the next post?
If a member changes their username, I believe all previous posts should reflect the change.
We may end up having to insist on usename changes 'by request' to the Administrator.
Where all changes are done in the ACP by the Administrator, or by a team of moderators.
Then every change can be logged and cross referenced in real time, user by user.
No changes could slip through the back door when no one is looking.
Also, requests for former usernames (of other users) would be denied, but possibly allowed as a reverted username (same user).
I will post an extension request for now, and we shall see if anyone takes on the request.
I checked the user ID numbers generated when activating new test members.
It seems that the Administrator is always ID nr. 2
then bots occupy ID numbers 3 to 57
So the first registered user has ID number 58, and the following users - every integer thereafter.
ID number 1 does not seem to exist.
