I am looking to move my entire phpBB board to a new server and reuse my domain name. This is some info that hopefully will help to quote me:
Current Server: Hosted by Host Gator
The site size is:
Disk Usage: 4.28 GB
MySQL® Disk Usage: 180.93 MB
The site uses PhPBB version 3.3.0
The current site is running Linux
The MySQL Version is 5.7.23-23
cPanel is installed
Transfer the site to a new server:
New Server: VPS
OS: Ubuntu 20.04
mysqlnd 7.4.3-4ubuntu2.18
I have full admin rights on this server.
This server does not have any type of cPanel.
LAMP Stack is installed but not phpMyAdmin
Please let me know if you are willing to perform this job. Thank you so much!

Though I appreciate your willingness to assist, I'd feel more comfortable with someone who has been on the site for longer than a few months and this being their only post.
I am still looking please. You must be able to do this without a cPanel as the two who have posted in this topic need a cPanel to do the transfer. Thanks

I'm at loss as to why cPanel would be needed in the first place .. unless what is meant is that a front end application is needed (which is probably
the case for many of us).

No disrespect to ian_radnor but I agree 100% with Katsoman's stance.
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

cPanel or Plex etc. may be required to access phpMyAdmin in some cases. phpMyAdmin can be installed on the LAMP stack without the need for cPanel or Plex etc.

That is exactly why. Most are not comfortable using a CLI is all.
