Adding footer message to all emails

Hello,

I need to add the following to every email that is sent by my forum.

This email is from a noreply email address. Please do not reply to this email address as it is not monitored and emails will most likely be unseen and deleted.

Is there a default language email footer file that is included in every email that is sent. i can just add text to that file.
