problems creating a new forum

I apologize for the name, but I really don't know how to explain it... when I want to create a new forum/category, it's very difficult for me to load, that is, I stay somewhere for about 1 minute... I tried to delete the cache (Purge the cache) and I encounter this problem... (Error
Request timed out.) I don't understand why...

2. In the second tab, I want to delete the cache, but it doesn't work, time out...
3. At minute 2.43 it gives me an AJAX error...

Turn off all of those extensions first. You need to make the site before you know what extensions you'll need.
Also what do the hosts say about how slow it is?
And you don't need to clear the cache every time you make a forum.

Watching that video, it looks like you were trying to clear the cache in one tab when the server was still in the process of creating a new forum on another tab. That is not a good idea. If you need to do both, do them one at a time. I don't think it was a good idea to try refreshing the tab creating the forum when it is still attempting to create a forum is a good idea either.

If you don't think the tab where you clicked to create a forum is actually going to finish loading, then close that tab before trying to clear the cache on another tab, if you have an issue that really does need having the cache cleared.

hello, if it's hard for you to create the forums or categories, ask your hosting provider if you still have the bandwidth. or try to change web hosting
