Google is not crawling to individual topic or post level immediately

After adjusting the Google [BOT]'s permissions in the ACP to allow it to ignore flood limit and give it access to search the forum, see profiles etc. that's when I started seeing lots of our pages indexed.

This is working great now. Thank you so much.

It was very weird before because lot of topicss were showing up before I made this change, but they all had the same header title from the title of the forum over and over which reads like "Best forum for Auto Repair". But if you click on the item in the search list it did goto differnt topic items though

But now it is correctly showing the topic name instead such as "Nissan Sentra emission issues" or "Toyota Corrolla ignition switch broke" or whatever

When you click links on Google, you are visiting your topic as yourself, or a guest, not as Google would see it. Google was probably seeing an error message.

No. I was just explaining why your topics in Google had the wrong titles, but following them led to the correct topic. It is because when you follow the Google links, you are navigating to your board as yourself, not as Google originally navigated.

We had the same issue, had to fix the "alternate page with proper canonical tag" & "Duplicate without user-selected canonical" issues. Little better now but we still see Google delays crawling.
