Need extension to tag posts

I am in need of an extension that allows tagging individual posts for the following use cases:

- tag posts with one or more tags
- list of tags configurable by admin
- tags should be buttons with configurable colors/icons,text,fontawesome
- tags should be displayed in front of post titles and in topic lists
- tags should be search options from the search page
- clicking on a tag in the topic list or within the thread will return all posts with that tag from the topic
- clicking on a tag elsewhere will return a list of X last posts tagged as such
- permission system for who can set tags on posts
- allow stats/count of tagged posts
- show stats/count of tagged posts by post author

That's my rough list of requirements for now.

topic tags is different from what I need though - I need tags on individual posts.
