We don’t normally refer to knowledge base articles by their article number we use the link provided.
You could email him and ask if it's ok. Forgive for me using an article number, I will not to do that again.

You mention above that you are not sure what kind of hosting plan you have. You can ask your host. If it's less than $30 per month, almost surely it's shared hosting.
I thought I replied yesterday. I really really appreciate your patience in helping me! Your Article 1146 is appreciated as well.

The backup was only 542 KB, does that seem right? It is a fairly new site, 90 members, 44 forums and maybe 70 posts. We had an issue a month ago without a good backup so I want to make sure I have a good full backup. The Founder has been tied up and I didn't want to keep waiting.

That sounds about the right size for a starter board's database. Again, you will still need FTP access to back up the files.

Hi there invenio
I believe I found the issue and I am waiting to get the rights or permission.

phpBB >Permissions tab >on the left under PERMISSION MASKS >View administrative permissions
>Look up user Find a member input username View Permissions >Misc tab
Can backup/restore database

I know this may have been painful for you or maybe not but it was a struggle for me! I want to thank users invenio, Kevc, and Mick for helping me and I may be forgetting someone. I thought I had full admin rights before I started this topic but I did not. I now have full admin rights and can perform a backup.

Thanks again!
