To sum up things:

We have re-registered hindidiscussionforum.com

It was quite active about a decade back. But nobody thought of even parking the domain once it got delisted.

We want to prove its worth.

We want to make it super active.

We would feel proud to promote our culture and values that we have learned from our parents and ancestors, in the language in which we think and dream.

This is not really commercial, but if this is what will prevent us from realising our dreams, then we would like to make it super commercial ( for the heck of it!)

Further to above, please refer to the following link and go through the video associated with it to get an idea about the task. We are looking for somewhat similar revival :

We basically need the old style phpbb3 forum with Google transliteration(Hindi), YouTube addon, latest post on front page mod plus relevant social media share buttons. Let us know if we missed anything.

Please also include the price of reinstalling the forum backup.

Can you tell us why you chose an Indian? I come across this kind of statement a lot and I am really curious. I have my guesses but I am not sure.

@ halil - because of the nature of the project. As stated above, this is not really commercial but we also don't want to get done professional things w/o charge.

We are basically looking for a long term relationship and as the forum is not expected to do wonders commercially, it is necessary that our potential long term professional partner also has some emotional value attached with this project.

Update : We have managed to install the forum. However, we could not found its backup and so we have to create new content for it.

We are still looking for someone who can:

Add Google transliteration (Hindi) single click toggle button, either as extention or BBcode in the post section.

Share on or similar addon to share posts in popular social media like FB, wassapp, X etc. The present Share on addon does't goes well rith the latest version of phpbb.

Mod or extension that shows latest 10 or 20 posts in the front page / index page.

Tag cloud or similar mod/ extension in the footer of the index / front page.

All above stuff should work with the present version of phpbb which reads 3.3.12

Suitably rewarded, surely... This is now open for all please...
