Detailed description of the tasks: I've taken stewardship of a large forum that is still running 3.1.8. It urgently needs upgrading but the users are VERY keen to maintain the same theme and UI as closely as possible. Currently running on a customised install of FLATBOOTS.

Just out of curiosity: Why would you want to spend money to have someone build this style for phpBB 3.3.x instead of just buying it here?

Because even when buying that it still required a significant amount of work due the customisations made - I'd rather have someone else sought than spend the time on it myself!

Might be a good idea to make a list of the customisations that were made. Using a 3.3.x version from Themeforest is the obvious place to start, if that is what was done already with 3.1.x. What the customisations were, exactly, could influence who is willing (or able) to take it on.
