Problem sending the post

There have been problems with sending posts on the forum for two weeks. The post was sent immediately and now, unfortunately, the post loads for about 10-15 seconds and only then has the post been sent. Please describe how to solve the problem so that the post is immediately sent to the forum? I will be grateful.
