I can't update the platform

good evening/day, I want to update the platform from 3.3.11 to 3.3.12 and I encountered a problem... the problem is this...

The config setting "load_jquery_url" unexpectedly does not exist.
how can I solve it

What method did you follow to update your board?

The method used for the update was this same update method does not see /update /install shows me an empty page

This is English only forum, please use English. There is non official support forums for other languages, Google is telling me that is Romanian, isn't one listed.
