Error parsing server response.

When trying to attach image notice this error
my board is 3.3.13 phpbb version
php version: 8.3.11

Usually there're error details when you hover the mouse cursor on the yellow triangle below the "СТАТУС" label.
Alternatively, you can try disabling javascript in the browser settings to get actual PHP error on file uploading.

you think it's smth from browser?
or php, if it's php version, i made it higher and lower aaaaaand same issue

No. When you disable javascript, there's a chance to reveal actual PHP errors.
