[Split]SQL Error after updating phpBB from 3.3.11 to 3.3.12

I've got the same message but didn't have any errors during install. The board seems to work properly except for the "Board index" button. It gives the beformentioned error message but when I click the "return to index page" then everything is fine again. So the error message happens only while returning to the Board index.

Before updating I set the board in maintenance mode and checked for logged in users. When no one was logged in anymore I logged out myself, did the update without any problems and then got this message. I tried everything mentioned on the topic but to not prevail. Again, except for this error everything works just fine.

Anyone an idea?
