Well i suppose finally i got it, hCaptcha is not efficient for fighting spambots, i switched to sortable Captcha and yeah it works, additionaly i have written small function which do some security work on data which provides spam bot.
Both and both very effective against spammers!

Yeah, and Sortable captchas are easier to deal with too. If a question gets cracked, all it takes is changing the question, and it does not require connecting to an external site or service.
