I wonder if anyone might suggest what I'm missing here.
A few weeks ago (before I updated from 3.3.12 to 3.3.13) I noticed I could no longer post standard BBCode in one of my forums.
(The update did not fix this).
When I use BBCode in this forum,

[b]it displays the disabled BBCode[/b]This forum differs from my other forums in that it is read only to all visitors except moderators and board admin.
I've tried posting as moderator and board admin.
I've tried transferring forum permissions from another forum in which BBCode works (and thereby removing the read-only restriction on other members).
I've explored Global User permissions, Global administrators permissions, Global moderators permissions, Forum-based Forum permissions, Forum-based moderators permissions, Forum-based administrators permissions, Forum-based User forum permissions (setting permission for mods and admin in the problem forum to allow posting of BBCode) and examined all permission masks.
I'm at a loss as to what else to try.
