Screen scaling makes written text bold

Hi.
I have 14" FHD panel and I used to use 100% scaling in windows. Now I tried custom scaling and tried 110% istead of 125%. Text size is fine all around. But in the phpbb forums every topic text is now bold. No other writes. What is going on ? Even this topic is same.

That's set as bold no matter what the view. There are some exceptions but most font sizes in phpBB are relative so if the paragraph text is increased by 10% so will the headings.

Quick tip, you can open/styles/prosilver/theme/common.css and right at the top find: font-size: 10px; This is base setting and Increasing this will increase most font sizes.
