You might want to provide a bit more information. For example, did you change something. Or did you install a extension. Or did you modify a file.

I have solved the issue for him and in case if someone else will run into this specific issue, it was because he was missing (somehow) the folders and files inside the config/production directories.
The missing directory / files were: “container”, “routing” and config.yml
