It also shows up on tablet, and on mobile as long as screen dimensions are large enough.Try it using your browser's inspector mode .
If you want to see it on all screens sizes you'll need to make the image responsive

maybe try using this extension https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/exte ... er_banner/ . You clearly want to turn logo into a banner
