issues Registering

A Member has informed me they are having issues Registering. Told me when they try to register they said when they click on Agree terms it wont move forward.

Works here, but you can test it yourself when you log out/use private mode or a different browser.
Also ask the member?? (a member don't has to registrate, he did that already) what browser and machine he use.

You need to ask the user for more details. Your request is too vague; I tried to register and was able to accept the terms and get to the sign up form without any issues. Tell them to try a different browser or disable any browser extensions they might have running and see if the problem persists. There's not enough information here to figure out what the problem could be.
