Admin panel not working after update

I've updated using the advanced update files via FTP installation as I've done many times over the years and this time I'm unable to click the Admin panel link. I get this error;

Any idea what could be causing this?

Unless you have modified files you should be using the full package or changed files update:

Restored everything back to how it was before the update, installed it again and now it all works. Weird. This can be closed/deleted now. Thank you.
