Ok I modified lot of my php files in my 3.3.9
How can I safely migrate all my file changes if I upgrade to Version 3.3.14
Any tips & tricks ?

Take note that there's no guarantee that your edits will function as intended on 3.3.14 ( so as always ... take a full backup so that you can easily revert changes if necessary).
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

You can use Winmerge or similar tool to merge your edits into new files.
Always comment edits so you know what you edited and why. Makes for very easy comparison with Winmerge.
