Anonymous IP during registration (displays that of the server)

I am facing a problem, since a change of server, the people who register on one of my clients' forums, the IP during registration and that of the server and not the one linked to the IP of the user I don't understand why this behavior should display the user's IP instead of that of the server, right?

Go to the index page and click the heading "Who is Online" at the bottom. Check the IP's of registered users and guests.

If it's displaying the server IP there is probably a proxy service.
