Deleting multiple bogus subscribers

I have accumulated a bunch of fake subscribers, apparently because my "Account Activation" setting was "No activation (immediate access)". I have since changed it to "By user (email verification)", but I have hundreds of spam subscribers whose email addresses don't exist. Is there any way to batch delete a bunch of subscribers? I can narrow them down to a certain time period.

In the ACP > Users and Groups tab > Prune Users

Also, don't forget to set up a good Q+A for signups to deter bots. It's also very helpful to make it so that the first post of any new user needs to be ok'd by the mods. This prevents spam from ever being seen by the users of your board.
