I was just wondering if you can upload images for special ranks. I want to make special ranks for banned members and such and have a little red card for that rank is this possible? I can't seem to find a way to do it via the ACP

You don't do it through the admin panel. You need to upload them to the /images/ranks folder and then they're accessible from there.
