[SOLVED]Can someone resize an image?

I want to use an image as avatar but it's too big and I've no clue how to format it to a correct size.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

You can do it on a Mac in the standard preview app.

Tools>adjust size

The avatar’s filesize must be between 0 and 50 KiB.

It tells you at the bottom of the size setting screen what the resulting file size will be if you go with those settings for L, W and res.

If you make it 100px across and maintain the aspect ratio it says it's 7kb
