User Forum Mod?

Hello all,

I don't know if this request/question is suitable for this forum area but I might as well ask or request it...

I run a dark/gothic community offering alot of stuff. Id like to offer forums to my users using phpBB. Is it possible for me to have a page where my users can choose a category and title for their forum and it will automatically create one after they submit?

Or does this already exist? If so, where can I get it? I have only seen one thing like this and it costs quite a bit of money...

I do not think I've ever seen a "create your own category" MOD for phpBB.

Interesting idea, but forum permissions would be tricky and possibly cause potential security risks.
