[BETA] Download All Attachments As Zip 0.2.0

Post by hmartin »

This is a MOD for acydburn's Attachments MOD that allows numerous files (i.e. all files in a given topic or by a given user) to be automagically downloaded in a single zip file.

Download latest version (0.2.0)

New in this version:
* Added ability to download all files in a given post
* Added ability to download all files in a given forum

I've ran into a bug where I can't get auth() to work correctly. The file authorizes just fine in a normal download, yet the checking routine (which is essentially identical to download.php's) sometimes fails files for no apparent reason...

Looks like a nice little tool. You should have something in the admin to let you download the files like for backing up them and restoring them :)

Right now I don't think that's a good idea, since th ZIP function isn't reliable enough. It'd probably be better to download /files/ and backup the attachments database tables.
My MODs:
Multiple PM Recipients - Send PMs to multiple users simultaneously
Stylist - Users can modify a forum's appearance by uploading custom CSS files
Download All Attachments As Zip - Download multiple attachments in a single zip file.
Collapsible Categories - Cleanly collapse categories on the index page
