Just an FYI, very nice insignia btw, Sergant Major is no longer a rank in the British Army.

The Insignia you have for Sergant Major is a Warrant Officer 2nd Class, and Regiment Serg Maj, is a Warrant Officer 1st Class.

Also, Colour Sergant is for infantry regiments, since they held the colour. Staff Sergant is the rank for other corps, like the Armoured Corps for example, and an alternative badge, with the same insignia, different title, would be nice :)

Apart from that, very nice insignia, I'll be using these on my sigs and stuff :D

btw: I know what I'm talking about, I'm a 2nd lieutenant :)

I understand Sir - named them as SM and RSM due to what you call them.

I.e. I've never heard the OC say "Thank WO2" it's always been "Thank you Sergeant Major"

As for the Colour/Staff Sergeant - I couldn't remember the difference between the two badges, so I just put down my Infantry one.

If you can show m the difference then I'll give it a go Image

Hey again :)

Yeah, the Colour/Staff Sergant badges are the exact same insignia, I just wanted 2 varients, one with Colour Sergant written on the badge, and the other Staff Sergant :)

Thanks mate
