Ranks, Logos, Buttons or any other graphics requests!

I'd like two small buttons that look similar to prosilver's PM/website buttons, except the icon on them are a plus and minus sign. Inactive plus button's plus icon color is bluish gray (like the PM icon) but when hovering over the button it is green. Same goes for the minus, except the hover over color is red. Hopefully I'm not too confusing.

I've included a PSD here with gray ranks. When I edit them in Gimp it just messes up. I would try it in PS but I don't use Microsoft, so no go.
In any case...I'm wondering if somebody could possibly add these ranks following the same style/font/colour in the included PSD:

• Valuable Asset
• Webmaster
• Forum God

why can't you just put the sitename and site description in the admin panel and that will give you what you want on the default blue header.

What do you want for a favicon? They're really easy to do and there are plenty of sites available where you can design your own or use their site to convert an image to .ico.

and in many cases you don't even have to use a .ico file.

I have simply created a 16x16 gif file and used it in the past.
