What to check for missing emails

Post by bnordby » Wed Nov 22, 2006 6:00 pm

In the admin area of my board, under Anti-Spam ACP, when I click "submit & test email," I get a test email. I don't get any email when users/bots are blocked. I can see that there have been several spammers blocked (the number has gone up on the Anti-Spam ACP admin page), but I don't get notified. Any ideas what I should check to be able to receive emails when spammers are blocked?

Thanks,
Barry

Do you have "Send notification email" set to yes?

 No, I didn't.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious, that's probably all I need.

Hi,

Just installed this mod tonight. Thanks for what sounds like a great mod by all accounts!

Does it matter if visual confirmation is on or off for this mod?

Your welcome.

No, it does not matter, either way will work. :)

Hi,

I've finally managed to install this mod with EasyMod, but now I can't find any admin options to control it. I'd assume they'd be under General Admin | Configuration. Have I done something wrong or am I looking in the wrong place?

Oops. Sorry. It was too obvious! Missed it altogether. Just found the big bold Anti-spam menu category. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

Cheers.
